= Bugfix:
+ screenhack roms: fixed player2_rom incorrect bkg pos in duel.mode.
+ fixed wrong AI jumps (when someone respawns from back).
+ a rare bug when new mojave track may not load.
+ corrected original bkg gfx bug on new mojave (empty space instead of wall on some tracks).
+ fixed collision bug when car with negative speed damage other car.
+ cars collisions: now if speeds are same no one get damage.
+ in tournament modes removed cheating with free weapon charges on tracks with a start direction 'right' or 'down'.
+ fixed bug with starship sprites.
+ fixed some bugs with replays.

= AI:
+ fixed bug when AI jumps to avoid flame, and falls out of track.
+ imroved allied AI, more clever nitro usage on start, and better jumping on tracks with double jump+spaces.
+ AI less likely use trick with avoid mines/oil.
+ AI now has lose control timer when get hit by weapon.
+ AI no longer infinite wait when it's turns to shoot back.
+ changes in difficulties.
+ AI use new upgrades in 2x2 mode.


= Balance:
+ characters "+1 acceleration" stat improved.

+ high levels  of "+1 jumping" stat/shocks upgrade now works more effectively. And also it gives new 'nojump' stability versus bullets.
  + some changes in acceleration/jumping for all cars to balance for new system.

+ more correct catch-up (+-speed/pos) for 5 and 6 places.
+ anti-mine/oil spam system added: if you use trick with avoid mine, it's deleted. 
(up to 1 in 4 cars mode or single; up to 2 in 6pl. multiplayer; duel modes not affected).

+ invulnerability to oil, while blinking on respawn.
+ shield now absorbs fire.
+ reflective shield now absorbs statterpacks, not reflect them.
+ volker missile base speed increased.
+ acid barrels reduced to 2 from 3.
+ flamethrower charges reduced from 3 to 2, but increased fire rate.
+ marauder oil upgrade changed from mine to acid.
+ slightly lowered time of scatterpack and magnet mine.
+ faster missiles now available from bogmire. 
+ slighlty improved tires lev.2 and lev.4 tracking.
+ engine upgrades gives slightly more acceleration.
+ oil (slipsauce) time lowered by 10% for player, and increased by 10% for AI's.
+ added tracks upgrade for battle track.
+ havac no longer gains extra jumping/cornering in vs.mode or if hack password.
+ changed money rewards for 1-6 places, also it's based on cars count and slightly increases on new planets.
+ many upgrades and cars costs changed to balance multiplayer.
+ volker base jumping lowered, ravager base tracking increased.
+ guided missiles speed increased and now has Z-speed for better hit in Sidewinders.
+ swapped 2 bogmire tracks between A and B div.
+ Butcher Icebone stats changed to +2 armor.
+ car shop: some old cars sells by 10k. (ex.: AirBlade on Bogmire, Battle Trak on NHO).
+ iron beetle improved.
+ iron beetle now appears in shop menu. and can be accessed by marauder playing, not only dirt devil.


TOURNAMENT MODES:
For play in this modes players need to use different roms. Rom names indicates for which car is followed by the camera.
For fullscreen roms press 'Z' to switch into fullscreeen.

 5 and 6 players locked to white and grey colors due to limitation.
 in 6 players multiplayer modes backcharges limited to 5 for better balance.
 tracks: normal - original
         veteran - mix  (recommended mode)
	 warrior - new
	 master - random
	 
 in duel.mode normal/veteran/warrior changes base track.
 
 player 3 controls for allied AI #4  in 2x1+1AI
 player 5 controls for allied AI #6  in 5Pl+1AI (3vs3)   
 
 * you can select start planet in this modes.
 * player characters select order randomized.
 * you will not see endings replays in modes with 3 or more players.
 
 in this modes passwords saves progress after each race (extended passwords mode).
 
 * if disconnect happens while race, explode all cars and hold MODE + press start on rewards screen, 
 and you will get passwords before this race.
 
 
 
 emulators for Tournament/multiplayer:
 
 gens - max 4 players (not recommended) - all players must use same controller count and type and same sound rate.
 you also need rename roms to same names (create folders for 1_2 and 3_4).
 
 fusion - (recommended) - host sets teamplayer for port1 and port2 and 6 buttons for all joys.  Latency = max latency +15-25.
 
 mednafen - all players must set "md.input.multitap tpd" and same controller type and count.
 and also need to use modified mednafen-server to enter with different roms.

 
 
 difference between "RRR TE" and "RRRHack v16alpha" tournament modes:
 + working password system.
 + RRRTE_v4 was only 2x2 and RRRTE_v6 was only for 2x2x2,  RRRHack_v16 is also for 3vs3 and more "all-in-one".
 + better balance.
 + no desynhs.
